A simple life with a pinch of hope and a few gentle hands to hold-that is all we truly want. It shouldn't be difficult to have. So why must we fight so fiercely for things that should naturally belong to our lives? Is it because we have become blind to each other's silent suffering? Is it because while we are trying so desperately to just exist as our authentic selves, the world is too busy forcing us to live the way they think is best for us? Acknowledgements This is my debut book, a reflection of the raw experiences I have gathered since my childhood and the universal truths of what it means to navigate this life. I want to deeply thank my college friends for recognizing my writing skills and helping me realize the true power within my own voice. To everyone who stood by me and supported me, no matter what obstacles loomed ahead: thank you from the bottom of my heart. I promise you won't regret giving your precious time to these pages.

Affirmations to reprogram your subconscious mind You can literally change your reality by repeating affirmations. All you need is to know exactly what you want to achieve or release from your life. Affirmations are short phrases, statements. The best time to repeat affirmations is before you fall asleep and as you're waking up. I also repeat them if I wake up in the middle of the night. And my fave one is during a meditation. Here's why. During those times your brain is experiencing theta brain waves and that's when you're connecting to your subconscious mind. Why is it important? Because you can only program your reality when you tap into your subconscious mind. Otherwise affirmations aren't that effective. Because your subconscious mind doesn't hear them. As you repeat them, add emotions and feel it in your body. You will start noticing changes around you and within you. I'll post one new affirmation every day.

Why is it important? This exercise will help you create the future version of yourself. Why does it matter? Because if you don't know what the future ideal version of you is like, how can you become her/him? If you want to manifest your dream life, you need to start creating it NOW! To do that, you need to behave as if you are already living that dream life NOW. And to do that, you need to know how the future version of yourself would behave :) It is also helpful to refer to your future self every time you need to make a decision. What would she/he do? And every day, with every decision you will get closer and closer to that perfect future version of you and your dream life! When doing this exercise don't use any negatives (I am not, I don't etc) and write in the present tense (I am, I am doing instead of I will be, I will do). I will share daily one question for you to answer in order to create the future version of you that has everything you desire. Don't rush. Be patient with yourself. Take time to create this future version of you. It's okay if you're not sure about your answers. You might want to come back to this exercise in a few months and change it. Let's begin!

What is Eutaptics Faster EFT? Eutaptics Faster EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is an innovative approach to emotional healing and personal transformation. Developed by Robert G. Smith, it combines elements of traditional EFT with advanced techniques aimed at addressing the root causes of emotional issues rather than merely alleviating symptoms. This method focuses on reprogramming the subconscious mind to foster positive changes in behavior, emotions, and physical sensations. Understanding Eutaptics Faster EFT Eutaptics Faster EFT is predicated on the belief that our subconscious mind holds memories and references that shape our experiences and reactions. Unlike traditional EFT, which primarily addresses energy disruptions, Faster EFT targets the underlying memories that contribute to negative emotional states. By tapping on specific points while focusing on these memories, individuals can effectively alter their emotional responses and reshape their perceptions of past experiences. The Mechanism Behind Eutaptics Faster EFT At its core, Faster EFT operates through a series of steps designed to facilitate emotional release and cognitive restructuring: Identify the Issue: Begin by recognizing the specific emotion or memory that needs addressing. Tapping Sequence: Use a tapping technique on designated meridian points while verbalizing affirmations like "Let it go" or "It's safe to let it go." Visualization: Envision a peaceful memory or scenario to promote a sense of calm. Check-In: After completing the tapping sequence, assess any changes in emotional intensity or perception regarding the initial issue. Repeat as Necessary: Continue the process until the negative memory is transformed into a positive one. This methodology not only addresses emotional distress but also rewires neural pathways in the brain, facilitating lasting change in automatic thought patterns and emotional states.

"Taming the Beast Within" is a personal reflection on the inner struggle between our higher self and primal instincts. Through the vivid symbolism of a dream, it explores how unchecked desires-lust, passion, and animalistic urges-can pull us off course, and how self-awareness and discipline are key to regaining control. It's a reminder that balance between our instincts and our higher purpose is the path to true self-mastery. This is just the beginning. I'll be adding each chapter daily, allowing the story to unfold piece by piece. This marks the start of many more beautiful creations to come-a journey of thought, reflection, and growth that I hope will inspire others as much as it inspires me. Stay tuned.

The nature of dreams is generally highly phantasmagoric; that is, different locations and objects continuously blend into each other. The visuals (including locations, people, and objects) are generally reflective of a person's memories and experiences, but conversation can take on highly exaggerated and bizarre forms. Some dreams may even tell elaborate stories wherein the dreamer enters entirely new, complex worlds and awakes with ideas, thoughts and feelings never experienced prior to the dream. All these experiences clumped together gives a different sense of euphoria. Every dream is a new story, an adventure and an experience. Therefore this dream diary is basically a journal full of my own experiences.
