Nobody created a step list like AA or NA has lived by, so I decided to create my own, and it has worked for me, and only me. I decided to write a short description of my thoughts on today's society and how simple it may seem, but it takes a little work and I promise you will break a smile along the way. The 6-step connection for maintaining mental health. 1. Look in the mirror and whisper I'm a maniac, and everybody just deal with it because I can't. 2. Making a bold attempt to forget about yesterday, because today will be better. 3. Get back to where you just came from and make your bed and pick up all the clothes and dishes from your surrounding area, because a dirty room is a dirty mind. 4. Go seek professional help from someone who is or has struggled with similar issues that you have. Women with men and Men with women. See it from both sides. 5. Don't worry about making up for lost time or saying sorry to anyone; you beat yourself up enough, it's over. 6. Practice doing one positive thing differently each day. Then tomorrow, 2 positive things are different until you reach seven positive things in 7 days.

Hopeful trust given without reason... a feeling propelling an act of kindness in hopes another will understand and accept. The beginning of an as yet untold story.
