When soldiers attack, Afia, her mother, and sister are left with no other option but to flee the scene. Though, the damage was done. Their lives as they once knew were gone.

Somewhere in any corner of the world, women are being sexually harassed. Currently the crisis in sudan is what we need to be aware of. Innocent peole are being murdered, tortured and raped. Spread awareness. Donate for them and include them in your prayers.

This gives a a general perspective of what life was like in Sudan in the early 70s.
