While he's dead on the gravel, his gem half leaves his body, reforming not as Pink Steven, but Pink Diamond. Pink Diamond, being conscious even while hiding in Steven's gem, revives her son and Steven is stuck with his diamond "princess" mother. What can Steven do when the rebel of the Diamond authorities, the leader of the Crystal Gems, and the betrayer of sweet Spinel has to tag along with him on the rest of his soul-searching?
