Short Story~ I entered this story for the BBC Radio 2 500 words writing competition here in the UK. I was one of the 25 finalists in my age group out of a 125,000 that entered. I had to go down to London, in Shakespeare's Globe for the results. I got to meet celebrities like: Julie Walters, Tom Hiddleston, Warwick Davis, Raleigh Ritchie, Nick Jones, Chris Evans (radio presenter) and many more! Unfortunately I was not a winner, but still got a shout out. I thought that it would be a nice idea to share the story with you guys, you can also go to the BBC Radio 2 500 words website to find out more about the day! http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p00rfvk1 Look out for the name Emily Baxter (that's me!) I really hope you enjoy my story!! Cover by: @evbax01

THE OTHER SIDE OF SCANDAL explains what happens after Sherlock Holmes hands Myrl the photograph of her mother, Irene Adler. This is a short account, derived from Faye's journals about a night Myrl came to see Faye to discuss matters which should not be discussed. Chronologically, the story comes between IN THE DEAD OF WINTER and DANCE OF THE SPIDER MONKEY.

"It's not right that we should have to fight for something so obviously right and just as having the vote but we must. Someone must!" Lady Anastasia Banks has lived her entire life thus far in a world where she may do as she likes, be it running around the countryside with her cousins or sitting quietly in a secluded corner, immersed in a book about the flora and fauna of her home county of Kent. But with her 'coming out' only a year away, Anastasia gradually realises her future will be quite different. And she's not sure if she'll like it. Thrust into the world of Edwardian high society and faced with an impossible choice, Anastasia comes to see that perhaps life isn't so simple and fair as she once thought. In her frustration, she comes across a group of ladies who promise to help her... to help all women.
