This will be a series of poems and stories about my personal experiences and journey. It will be a place for me to express what I went through and how I'm still coping through my depression and suicidal thoughts. I want to bring awareness to this topic because I have known people who have committed suicide and how it's affected the people around them. I want people to understand that there is light at the end of this dark tunnel that we all go through. Some of us will have a straight and easy road, others will have crooked and steep downhill paths. We all experience things in our lives and learn to cope with it differently. I hope this series can help bring awareness to others about suicide and mental health.

This story shows Savannah otherly known as Sav only to her only two friends, Alice Ceaser and Kady Benat, who commit suicide and for Savannah to have witnessed both caused her to plunge deeper into her already existing depression. It doesn't help that her alcoholic father beats her blaming her for her mother's death two years ago.
