One day during one of her parents arguments, Charlie's dad beats her because he thinks that it is her fault for all the fights. It ends up with him raping her. Sick of everything, she runs away to LA in the hopes that someone will find her and help her reach her family. She meets a member of her favorite band and realizes that she is closer to her dad than she originally thought.
