While she still had rules to follow herself; lead by example, no swearing in front of campers, no using your phone in front of your campers, no drinking, no drugs, etc. As a counsellor the no purpling rule no longer applies to her, which conflicts with 'Lead by example'. With everyone around her creating different shades of purple it's a lot harder to hold herself accountable and lead by example when all she wants to do is enjoy her summer and make sure her campers do too. She never knew the rules are a lot harder to follow on the other side.
