Best friends Hera, Lizzie, and Luna had trouble in 8th grade but now they have summer to try to fix it before they get to 9th grade. Hera has a huge crush on Lizzie's twin Elijah and Luna's older brother Glenn. Lizzie likes the boy who lives right next to Hera, Colin recently moved from Colorado. Luna meets someone who makes her speechless and makes her stomach feel like a million butterflies are flying around. Hera is worried that she will make a fool of herself if she told her crushes that she likes them. They all work together to stay friends.
