In an attempt to get over her ex, Lilia Mercer jumps at the opportunity to spend the summer in the Hamptons. However, blissful beach retreat quickly turns into anything but when she starts to fall for her summer fling and is forced to confront her past. By the end of the summer, will she be ready to return to life beyond the beach, or will she get swept up in summer lovin'?

The 1st of June is the start of summer for me. The start of three months filled with sun, ice-cream, the lake, mosquito bites and the smell of sunscreen. Three months where I can be 100% myself and I don't have to pretend anymore. I can just be me, Josie. But when I get to Lighthouse bay, some things have changed. This is a summer filled with more drama, parties, friends and boys than I expected. Bring it on!
