But the best part for Vic is that she gets to spend the summer all by herself most of the time when her sister is not around, yet on that one fateful night, she meets the Turtles by accident, sneaking up to them and getting caught was an ultimate surprise for her, and what's more surprising is that she offers them help, and of course, boys will be boys, they laughed at her, and one of them asked "what makes you think you can keep up with us ninjas?", and then she said, "As much as you don't know what's about happen within your City." what do you think she said meant?
