Cierra Oakley is a sixteen year old Jersey girl that just graduated 10th grade with all of her friends. Cierra is still trying to get over her ex who cheated on her. She thinks her plans for the summer are, well she doesn't think she has any but that quickly changes when her mom tells her she's going to a summer camp in North Carolina.
