Highest rank: #41 *** Life's a huge tough game which causes lots of bleeding and whimpers. It requires a lot of strength, courage, and heart to cope with because it'll play on you hard. And sometimes you just get locked-in without really anyone knowing that you're already breaking. Therefore I set these 'bleedings' free through the whimpers of my poems.

In the name of making everyone equal and to prevent what happened with our ancestors, we have created what will be known as the Founding Laws. 1. No markings or piercings are permitted. Every citizen will be issued the same clothing with the allowance of one fancy outfit. 2. Every family will have two children: one girl and one boy. The population must remain constant until our world has recovered. 3. Marriage is required for every young person by age 30. There will be no marriages permitted between two citizens more than two years apart in age. 4. Constant pay will be issued for every working citizen. The cost of living will not increase more than 0.3%. 5. At birth, every citizen is required to receive a vaccine. This will prevent disease and early death. Failure to comply will result in death. Therefore, in this new world we are living in, we seek to make everyone equal, which will lead to happiness, which will allow us a healthier population. From the Ashes, We Rise.

One dream. One promise. One choice. Promises are meant to be kept, right? Ever since Skylar Davidson was young, she aspired to be a singer, just like her mother. "Lose your dreams, lose your mind" is her motto that she follows religiously. Although this is so, obstacles have been a daily occurrence in her life. No matter what, this has never stopped her. Never will she give up her ambitions because of what life throws at her. Skylar fights to achieve her ambition, despite the consequences this may have. One fateful day may change just this. Will she jeopardize a relationship for a promise she makes that day, or will she sacrifice her dreams to keep exactly that? A/n: I am not continuing this book. Sometimes no one can save you... Madeleine Kingston is dead. They tried to save her but it was to late. Grace Jacobs isn't dead, but she might as well be.
