Penacony, the land of dreams, was never made to rain. It was created with the ideals of the perfect word, an escape from reality so intoxicating you'd never want to wake up. But Sunday begins to have visions of a storm tearing over the dreamscape, his mind and body fueling with anxiety and fear as he tries to somewhat cope. But his arch enemy, Gallagher of the Blood Hounds, finds out about Sundays visions of rain.
