Yet he's a victim of a highly dangerous disease called 'Hanahaki'. Will he survive? Or will he fall into the hands of the stars and sky, to be taken away from his own body to watch over the ones he love? Well, we'll find out soon. THIRD story I will ever be writing (the other two didn't do so well...) so I hope this one doesn't flop like those did lol

(In this au, mari is not dead, sunny pushed her down from the stairs but she didn't die,But Sunny and basil still shares traumas about her almost dying and the fears) Aubrey,Kel and hero last seen sunny when he told them the truth. They were all furious. They went out and only visited mari when sunny wasn't around, but basil stayed with sunny. Mari forgave sunny but they still had to move away. The rest of the group only waved goodbye to mari. Now for the summer, they let mari and even sunny down for some time, mari stays with kel and hero, and sunny stays with basil. Sunny changed his personality towards others, he got more social and opened up.

Basil is in love with sunny and kel. the three of them start dating. idk this is just gonna be set through out their lives at different points.

(OMORI SPOILERS FOR CERTAIN ROUTES) (This takes place a few years after Basil's suicide and Sunny's move to the city.) Sunny, who's now a fairly popular violinist, moves back to Faraway town to visit everyone. However, he now realizes that even though he's mostly healed and learned to live his life without so much grief, there are always harsh reminders of what happened with Mari and Basil, no matter if he's in the city or back in the very town where everything took place. He knows he'll have to understand more than the truth to fully be able to accept what happened. TW!!
