Violetta Sarisa was just going on a vacation with her family when their car is ambushed by strange looking people. an appreciation of the calming sunday afternoon

I did not intend to kill that man, nor did I intend to die. Then again who else wished to do such a thing as tragic as that? When his blood tasted metallic against my lips and salted my tongue; I felt freedom. And while my vision darkened, and I could feel my own blood rush to my head and poison my thoughts; I felt chaos. The emotions were powerful. They twisted and morphed around my growing hunger. Turning me into something that wasn't alive. Something that wasn't human. Greer Thomas was very much alive in the most possible sense that one could imagine to be alive. She loved the purples and blues of the morning sun and she loved the oranges, yellows, and pinks of the evening. She loved laughter, happiness, and the world in all its shining glory. And then on one unfateful evening, the world suddenly changed and Greer Thomas died. Only she never went to heaven and she never went to hell. Instead she woke up on earth with a desireful hunger of human blood, physically compelled to darkness, and an empty feeling she could never fullfill.
