(COVER ART AND ART IN STORY IS NOT MINE! all credit goes to original artists) in this AU Sunny comes back to Faraway town to finish Highschool (they are all approximately 16). this includes mostly ships and fluff (some angst) but I'll try to add as much story as I can :) . this takes place after Sunny and Basil told their friends what happed and got over the trauma from Mari's death (in this AU their friends forgave them and they became friends again). ships include Sunny x Basil and Aubrey x Kel. this is my first story so please comment any recommendations or point out any mistakes but please no hate :)

This is an AU where there was no failed recital Basil and Sunny had been best friends for as far as they could remember but at some point Basil changed everything for them

Sunny x Basil Fanfiction, switches character POV. As the dawn breaks, a new beginning sets in for Sunny and Basil. Sunny stays in Faraway Town, challenged with integrating back into society and facing his mental health. Basil is determined to help Sunny, but often finds himself in need of help as well, to deal with loneliness, anxiety, and trauma. Basil tries his best to keep a brave face, although he is struggling. Sunny always recognizes Basil's struggles first, and lends an ear. The two of them lift each other through their shared trauma. Sunny discovers that his crush on his friend Aubrey was actually a mask for his romantic feelings for Basil.
