If you are an avid enjoyer of Omori, you will enjoy this fanfiction :) Kel is literally my favorite character on the planet, so this story will be more about him than Sunny most likely. There will be spoilers so please don't read if you care about spoilers. Hopefully this is a cute like Suntan fanfiction and it doesn't get too dark too fast, but then again, it is Omori. :3

One year after the truth was revealed, Sunny decides he wants to spend all of summer break in the town he grew up in with the people he loves the most; his friends. Everything seems to be going well, until he realizes that he's catching feelings for his childhood best friend; Kel. Cover art made by me!! There will be 3 chapters total!

"At first, all Kel saw was a bright, white light as the moon completely overlapped with the sun, but then it changed to a stunning black circle with a white ring. It was indescribably beautiful. The park gradually erupted in cheers and applause, but Kel whooped the loudest with glee, jumping to his feet. In the heat of the moment, he pulled Sunny up with him, hoisting him into his arms, and started spinning. He let out a quiet yelp as Kel spun him as fast as possible. "Kel-" But he jolted to a stop before Sunny could get another word out and pulled him into a frantic kiss. After a moment of shock, Sunny returned the gesture. They only broke apart once Kel felt he was about to asphyxiate, neither noticing the shutter of a camera. The pair fought to catch their breath, Kel setting Sunny down once the world stopped spinning. He panicked when he saw how dazed and discombobulated Sunny looked. "I'm... sorry..." he said in between breaths, "I just..." "Kel... Never... apologize for kissing me." Sunny caught his breath faster, beaming up at him. He pressed another kiss to Kel's lips" Sunny, Kel, Aubrey, Basil, and Kim have a picnic in Faraway Town park to watch the solar eclipse. in this AU Basil and Sunny weren't dumb and called an ambulance, Mari didn't die but her legs got badly damaged tho and she sometimes has a hard time to walk.

Heyo, so uh yeahhhh hi, I will now explain what I think I'm gonna write. With Sunny driving himself insane, he felt as if he could only feel comfort in his dreams. That was until Kel knocked on his door, and greeted him with a warm smile. (Also how is it #1 in omori rn... this'll probably get outdated in a few days.)

helloo!! first of all i would recommend playing the game or watching a playthrough as this will contain spoilers! so this takes place after the good ending and i cant really say much without spoiling but this is a suntan/caprisun story (sunny x kel) there will be NO smut, they are still 16. The truth is out-and things are messy. While in the hospital, Sunny decided to finally face reality and stop hiding. It took loads of courage, but he explained the event in detail. The three friends all reacted differently, mind trying to grasp the fact their close friend had killed Mari. Hero spiraled back into his depressive phase, Aubrey went back to where she had been 4 days before Sunny came out, and Kel... he was torn between so many things. With Sunny moving away, things are about to get even more difficult for Kel. Basil is obviously doing better, feeling lighter, but still struggling with the fact the friend group fell apart. Sunny has a fresh start in his new town, yet still cant get his past friends out of his mind. He's still struggling with other things, but he isn't hiding from his problems anymore. There's one problem he can't face though... his feelings-for a certain friend that's trying to reach out to get everyone back together. It's rough and difficult, but Kel's desperate. He needs everything to be back to normal, or atleast for them all to face this together. Whether he will be successful or not hasnt been determined. Although one thing is certain... Things are going to change.
