Jasper is a small town kid living in Los Angeles. Upon moving to L.A, Jasper brought with him one of his late father's most prized possessions: A rusted, 1970 Superbird. As Jasper and his new friends in the city restore the Superbird more and more, events of his life start to spiral out of control, his whole life getting flipped upside down. What would you do when a dragon of old appears looking for you?

Timothy Drancion Palmer is the child of Cecil Palmer and Carlos TheScientist. He lived his entire life in Night Vale. When the vague yet menacing government and the sheriff's secret police both asked him to watch over the superheroes. He agreed, why would he not. Now watch as all heroes are baffled by a simple kid. ((Tim Drake is the inspiration of Timothy Palmer. Basically same person))
