Superman, the alien superhero, or less known as Clark kent, dispite his.. disagreements.. with the rest of the justice league.. He still respects and follows them, sees them as a second family if you will, especially the man in black, the dark knight of Gotham, Batman. Clark Kent likes being nobody important. It puts fewer of those he loves in danger. Yes, even being a superhero gets too much sometimes. Just being Clark would be good.. He'd never actually do that.. drop superman all together.. if a reason or need arises, sure.. just to be Clark, a nobody reporter, from somewhere in Kansas, ma, and pa wouldn't tell anyone probably... Maybe.. even then, someone may figure it out.. not if Clark died... he could get Batman to like him then... No, no! he'd never actually do it.. so many hearts would be broken.. the JL.. and he couldn't be that to Ma and Pa.. no... Not unless he needed to.
