Iris Hauer (born Iris Tessa Ackermann, Earth 02) is a black-skinned woman, daughter of white parents, who is unjustly taken away from her and her brother Yadir by African Americans at the age of 6, now in a war zone in Africa, she and her brother try to survive, Iris, remembering her mother's passion for glaciology, she sees beyond the scientific field, remembering how in the past she longed to go to Alaska to better contemplate the snow and go to Mount Everest, Iris goes through many difficulties to return, but the journey she will make until she becomes an adult to return to her family, her passion for snow and ice will make her encounter deadly alien enemies who want to burn all parts of the Earth with snow, putting at risk the life in it and the people who live in those places, which will lead her to find herself and become the superhero they need now: The Ice Cat
