David Cortez (my OC) was an ordinary 20 year old who just a regular college student then turned hero a vigilante who looked like a villain however is a hero which takes an unexpected turn when Shield Brings him to New York to train with famous heroes like the avengers, X-Men, the fantastic 4 and many others until the super human registration act begins as tensions build up between everyone on weather he is going to sign or choose his own path creating a civil war between the super human community (This is a Marvel OC however there are going to be Characters that some people who know and some who don't know the story takes place in the marvel civil war involving the super human registration act from Marvel ultimate alliance 2 it is a story I thought about making for a long time I will post this story at least one chapter a week if not then 2 chapters a week I don't own the rights to marvel this is just my own story)

No, they are gifted to newborns at birth. Humans do not get to decide who has these abilities, it's the gods from above that do. Yet, Demi's are frowned upon, discarded because of the ever growing fear everyone else possesses of them. So we really only have a few purposes. We can become a government weapon, fully controlled with no freedom whatsoever.
