After the Winchesters found out that God was playing with their life, decided to take the control back by killing him. God was pissed off and start the apocalypse.

At the start of the school year, the Winchesters, Cas, Jo, the Doctor, Donna, Jack, Sherlock, Anderson and Irene sit together at lunch. When they learn that those will be their assigned seats for the rest of the school year, some are sad, other ecstatic, but the bond formed is undeniable. Friendships intertwine. And those bonds are the first to notice that students are starting to disappear. At first it's just one student a month, and then more and more are gone one day. The group immediately thinks that this is the of Meg, the Master and Moriarty, a group of bullies at the school, but as they become more and more innocent, one of their own is taken and it's a rush to beat the clock to find those taken and discover why everyone is being taken and where they are.

What happens when not only the Men of Letters are out to get the Winchesters but a group of supernatural beings called nephilim are too. Offspring of the sons of God and daughters of man they call themselves shadow-hunters. Hidden from the real world they track down and kill demons and monsters, orders given to them by the fallen angel Raziel. Having had enough of the Winchesters screwing up things the Clave, the oldest and strongest of them, send Kova Denali, one of their fiercest warriors and her team to track them down. What happens when she catches up to the Winchesters and war breaks out among them and the Men of Letters. Can the she and Winchesters stop this war of monster hunters? Set in season 12 of Supernatural. And yes it's a weird crossover between Shadowhunters and SPN.
