Elias Creed, a retired hitman, returns to his hometown after his brother is murdered. He soon discovers a secret cult is behind the killing-sacrificing people to summon a demon. Fueled by revenge, Elias revives his deadly skills and begins hunting the cult members one by one. As the final ritual nears, he must face not only the evil within the town-but the darkness growing inside himself.

The story takes place in the near future, after 98% of humanity has been wiped out and Earth has been left in ruins by creatures from the underworld seeking revenge on humans who had previously banished them to the depths of the Earth. In the heart of an isolated landscape, a chilling scene unfolds. From the vantage point of a grand, desolate house, a witness and a boy peer into the depths of a dense forest. Their eyes are met with a horrifying sight: three lifeless bodies, ravaged and drenched in blood. As darkness descends and eerie whispers echo through the air, a vengeful witch emerges from the shadows. Fuelled by a past injustice, her wrath knows no bounds.
