Seventy two year old Samuel Pope woke in the body of fifteen year old Oran Bry. Not only was he in a new body, it turned out he was in a whole new world. It was a world where superheroes and villains battled and where a fateful accident, such as the one that brought him from his home world, might bestow super powers on unsuspecting individuals. Pope finds himself dealing with emerging powers, an unhappy home life, puberty, and the joys of high school. Even if he should not choose to become a hero, greatness may be thrust upon him.

Saving a city and finishing your homework alone is impossible. Saving a city and finishing your homework with your "sisters" is fantastic. Daffodils Sisters are female teenage heroines who battle criminals and test (almost) everyday, but what would happen if the Maroon Scavenger attacks the "weakest link" in Gold's group of heroes, the daffodils sisters, as part of their plan to defeat the heroes in Paltania City. Can Maddy, Jess and Lindsay protect themeselves from "the Maroons", Paltania's villain, and prove that they are not the weakest of all Paltania's Hero? Or would the Maroons fullfil their plan of annihilating the 3 weakest heroes?

Maybe he had though, I thought silently, my eyes scrutinizing him for a five'o'clock shadow despite most of his face being covered by a mask. Super-villains have to sleep too despite their status of being supposedly invincible Supers. "Then what do you do?" I muttered, crossing my arms in front of me as if they were a sufficient shield for whatever the Super could potentially dish out. I noticed how his lips twitched in amusement before a devilish grin appeared, and I immediately regretted asking that. Oh boy. Instead of saying anything, the Super-villain took a step forward, in which my brain should've told me to run, but instead I stood rooted to the spot. For some reason, I didn't feel scared. That, or his intense gaze that was currently staring me down was the cause of my fight-or-flight senses shutting down. "Now that's playing a dangerous game, Decker, and I'm sure you're not going to win it."

Alex grew up in a simpler time. There were so few mutants and super heroes that they were still worth of national news stories. Every kid dreamed of being one of them, but such a thing happened only rarely, almost never. Imagine his surprise when he his body began to change in ways that were in no way like his sex ed teachers suggested it would. Was he one of them? Was he a super? And why was he growing breasts? The story of Stiletto (Alex) has been an amusing passtime of mine. A story I write in when my Kalijor works are in any mode other than 'write'. This tale takes place in the world of the Whateley universe, found at CrystalHall.org and I make no claim to any character other than Alex. The Whateley universe is a very rich well of story ideas with numerous intertwining plot lines, most of which are written by different authors and, for the most part, very carefully, and intentionally, woven together into one cohesive story. They are tales of teens who develop super-human abilities, the changes they go through, and the school that is specially designed and staffed to teach them not only the basic school subjects, but also the ins and outs of being a super hero, or villain, in a modern world. Also, being very low on my list of editing priorities, I would like to point out that I know there are some serious writerly issues with this story. It has been written over many years, and has received no more editing than some basic spell checking. I submit it here merely as a flight of fancy, and a sort of writing exercise that I can access from anywhere when I have bits to add.
