Although they're known as a collective group, they adamantly oppose the term of "clan." Largely due to being young outcasts from nearly every group imaginable. Instead, they consider themselves more like friends, willing to get together but only on their own terms... But the time comes again for them all to be reunited as a new threat arises from the ashes. From the uprising of a new clan that worships a forgotten god, to the insidious plot of another that runs deep from the beginning of time. Losing could cost them everything. But they've faced those odds before. Will they fall like the title suggests? Or is it just another day of triumphing over evil?

In the freezing winter of 1998, Hazel is a woman struggling to find her footing in a town that feels like it's forgotten her. When she buys an old, scuffed camcorder from a thrift shop, she discovers a VHS-C tape trapped inside-a digital time capsule from 1994. The man on the screen, Silas, is vibrant, mysterious, and seems to be speaking directly to someone he loves, leaving behind clues to a "gift" hidden in the local mountains. ​As Hazel follows his four-year-old trail to escape her own reality, she realizes the Silas on the tape might be a ghost of the man he has become. It is a story of two broken people finding a connection through time, static, and the secrets buried in the Oakland snow.
