A young girl named Laila lives in small town hidden from Galeem. She is a Smash fan and adores the fighters as heroes and idols and someday she'll be a fighter just like them. But when a certain pink blob named Kirby falls out of the sky and bumps into her, he is claimed to be the last survivor from the battle of Galeem. So Laila, Kirby, and their friends will go on an adventure to rescue the other fighters and defeat Galeem and Dharkon while meeting new friends along the way. (includes dlc characters)

After Tabuu was destroyed, everything seemed to be fine. But, Mario isn't the only one with his memories kept in tact. Duck Hunt is still plotting his revenge. Duck Hunt finds a way to blast Mario into the past, back when the first Super Smash Bros Tournament was around. However, the smashers there think he is some sort of evil entity, so they lock him up.
