Taken by surprise, the worlds are assaulted by millions of rays of light, corrupting their inhabitants in the process. It's up to the heroes to assemble again and to stop whatever Sephiroth is planning. Note: The characters don't belong to me, they are property of Nintendo and their respective owners. I don't make any profits with this project, it's simply a fan made story I have written in my free time.

When the boundaries between worlds begin to unravel, heroes from four universes are pulled into a battle unlike any they've faced. A mysterious force is manipulating villains, turning allies against each other and threatening the fate of all reality. Amidst the chaos, a chosen figure holds the key to the multiverse's survival, protected by a legendary hero and aided by others from across the dimensions. As battles erupt and alliances shift, the greatest heroes must confront new threats and navigate a world where nothing is as it seems. Failure could mean the end of everything.

World of Light is a story mode full of potential, unfortunately not as well handled as the Subspace Emissary mode in Brawl. A thing that it could improve it, I thought, it would be a few animations showing interactions between the fighters when they free new ones from Galeem/Dharkon's corruption. Some charachters may have more variants, as World of light doesn't have an order, but some others will have only one (the ones who are obligatory to continue the path). I'll start with the charachters involved in SSBU without the DLC's, maybe then I will add them too.

Multiversal anomalies start happening causing people from different worlds appear unaware that a massive threat is putting these worlds in extreme danger.

A Cinderella yaoi fanfic with Pit x Dark Pit. (Going to call Dark Pit, Kuro in certain chapters) and a little bit of Marth x Ike in there. If Sam & Max were to ever be in Smash Bros. (huge asterisk on "if") I picture them having their own conversational segment. You know, something akin to Snake's Codecs or Palutena's Guidance. And thus, we have the Freelance Police Inspection. In it, our lawfully dubious duo gives their two-cents on each and every fighter in the latest Smash Brothers roster. Some informative, others not so much. Or at all for that matter. (All things considered, this was a pretty refreshing writing exercise I gave myself. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did.) A fanfic about me, Dark Pit. I got invited to this place called Smash. So I joined, but I faced many challenges. None of the smashers, except for Pit and Palutena, know that I'm a clone.
