Just a short of what 2020 is and can be. Nothing is intended to be rude, but something to add a little humour to the situations around us. Each of these events would be the event of the year, except its 2020, and it's all happening in the same year.

Darlena's life is normal. She lives with her mother, father, and sister, Anna, in a small Milwaukee apartment beside Lake Michigan. She remembers a calm, peaceful life in Wyoming, where she used to live close to her relatives, but she was forced to move because of her father's job as a freshwater ecologist wanting to study a great lake as opposed to the geysers and lakes of Yellowstone National Park. But her grandmother Nanna's heart attack forces her parents to return to Wyoming at the worst possible time. Left with her aunt, Lindsey, and her sister, Anna, life continues--until the eruption of the Yellowstone Supervolcano. Without warning, ash, smoke, and poisonous gasses cover the entire country and fill the entire atmosphere, throwing Darlena's normal life into a paralyzing turmoil. Left only with the food in her pantry and daydreams, Darlena is forced to make many difficult decisions to adapt to a world covered in ash and air that could kill her with just one breath. Will she survive the devastating Yellowstone Supervolcano and the catasrophe that follows, or will she, too, become part of the ashes?

It is 2029 and the Kollo family is celebrating a new child when their TV goes black and is replaced by one message: YELLOWSTONE HAS ERUPTED. TAKE SHELTER IN YOUR DESIGNATED BUNKER WHICH YOU WILL FIND ON RED STREET. POLICE WILL BE THERE, LEADING YOU INSIDE. ONCE YOU ARE INSIDE DO NOT COME OUT UNTIL THE ERUPTION HAS STOPPED. And suddenly, Roberto Kollo's life changes... forever. The eruption goes on for days on end and as he sits in his designated space, he records his thoughts in this diary..!

Nineteen-year-old Jensen Michaels, Cayler Reynolds, and seventeen-year-old Kenneth Anderson are three friends living in Pompeii, Georgia. Everything changed when the Supervolcano Yellowstone erupted on October 31, 2019. This sends the United States into a void of ash, darkness, cold, and death. No one knew their own friends, family and neighbors would be in such grave danger.

They were simply 4 kids, they were on a school field trip from Chicago, Illinois to Lincoln, Nebraska. It would be a 2 day trip, the three got to share a hotel room. This was supposed to be a fun trip, they got their own hotel room and as long as they kept it down they wouldn't get in trouble with the teachers. Everyone remembers that Friday, it was a normal day. Well, as normal as it could get for a bunch of teenagers on a bus for the next 8 hours (maybe 9 and a half depending on bathroom/lunch breaks). This is the furthest the kids have ever traveled from their home but the 3 friends were thrilled. But upon arrival the one apocalypse everyone feared took place. The Super volcano in Yellowstone Park finally blows after being overdue for 500,000 years. Elizabeth Claire Williams, or Lizzie for short, is determined to get her friends back home to their parents. So she and her 3 friends (one being a possible love interest) take a step up and get ready for their journey to Chicago in the falling ash. ~~~~~~~~~~~ This story requires a lot of research and I will try to get as many details as possible correct forgive me if any of the information is off.

Dallas Colton never doubted his father- not even when he spent the entirety of their inherited family fortune to build a end-of-times bunker. Or when, for years and years as Dallas aged through his teens, they built it together, storing it with every unperishable known to man. When the Yellowstone Supervolcano erupts without warning, a sad and unexpected string of events leads Dallas to be trapped for five years in the bunker with a man he does not know, and an elderly and ailing neighbor. ~Told through flashbacks of an elderly man, From Dust is a story of friendship, perseverance, and the struggle of moving on~

With temperatures averaging 14 below, and humanity only just starting to reclaim the surface, the world left behind after the eruption of the Yellowstone supervolcano is far from hospitable. In spite of the harsh conditions, some remnants of the human race continue their existence on the surface, determined to forge a new society from the ashes that buried the old. These are the fragmented tales of a few such people.

Just some 'need to know' facts about the Yellowstone National Park Supervolcano.

The soft, amber rays of sunshine glistened on the sparkling snow trails and bare tree branches, welcoming David Bransford as he stepped out of his car and into the piercing air one winter morning. David didn't give it more than a glance, squinting at the sky for a second before turning away. He didn't know that it would be one of the last sunrises he would see for an extremely long time.

Jacob Warren and his family move from a busy city in the Midwest to the rural, mountainous areas of Cody, Wyoming after his dad switched jobs. At first, Jacob is scared things wont go right. However, as he starts a new school, he quickly becomes close friends with Allison DeWitt, a beautiful young teenage girl who loves the exact same things he does: Volcanoes. Not long after they meet, strange things ebgin to happen in Northwest Wyoming. Very large and unusual earthquakes begin in and around Yellowstone and the Teton Range, along with other strange phenomena. After Jake and Allison create a surrealist powerpoint as a class project based off of the Earth tremblings, they soon realize their project and the events they are experiencing may be the warning signs of a tremendous disaster that may be about to unfold. Will they survive the powerful forces of nature? Read to find out! "The Eruption" is a multi-part story. Volume 1 was written on paper in December 2013 and put into electronic form in the summer of 2015. The hand written form contains 110 full pages of loose leaf paper! Hi! This is a series of stories I'm making and please excuse my grammar mistakes. Note: This is not a story about Yellowstone National Park erupting. Just my crazy idea. :) Toba, one of the seven supervolcanoes, was out to see the Lark sisters.

When the Yellowstone supervolcano erupted for the first time in 640,000 years, the world was plunged into a black winter two years long, leaving the survivors of the cataclysm to scavenge for food to survive the aftermath. I take credit for the plot and my original characters. This is a crossover between several different fandoms.

The world ended in ash. The two that walk through the rubble of their world experience both the best and the worst of what humanity has become--when the world ends. <[{Insert: The characters speak without quotation marks due to the style of writing I use to portray their situation. It's to show that the story is Keane's journal or verbal recounting of the story, rather than just a first-person point-of-view novel. Thus, I apologize for any confusion when reading--the difference in grammar and punctuation helps portray it as more realistic as well as reinforcing the tone and paranoia.}]> <[{Insert: The change of tense involves whether Keane is recounting a story from the past, or recounting one as if he is still living in it due to his mental state.}]>
