Liagh Davisi, declared quirkless at the age of five and abandoned while on a family trip to Japan, found by a group of vigilantes that proceed to take her in, train her and make sure she gets the education she needs. At the age of ten the vigilante group had to be disbanded and she was left to survive on her own she ends up living in a cave at Takoba beach, she also skips a year in middle school and get put in the same class as Hitoshi Shinso and Mei Hatumei, her and Hitoshi often train together and try to help him get in UA's hero course, while her and Mei invent and work on getting in the support course together.

In Musutafu, Japan their is a hero school for the quirkless, it is easy to get in for the quirkless but hard to get in for the quirked people. But, this school doesn't just train people to be heroes, they train people to be vigilantes if they wanted to be one. UA hero course, class 1-H (a support course class), the big 3 of Ua and the quirkless school started to do activities together for a week every month. They take their uniforms, hero/vigilante costumes and normal clothes with them. But UA is always confused with this school, the uniform is customizable, no one misbehaves, everyone is kind to eachother, and no one is freaked out with the buttons for eyes kid.
