Macy Ashford hasn't had the best family life, losing her mother and siblings and being forced to live with her drunken father, wasn't exactly the most pleasant experience. She's been living this way for her whole life, being treated like a slave by the person who was supposed to give her unconditional love. Nobody at school knows about her life at home, or the reason for her scars. She tells no one about her secrets, until it becomes unbearable. She confides in some trusted people at school, telling them everything. A few weeks after opening up to her new friends, she goes missing. Her friends must travel around the country to try and find their Macy, before its too late.

(This story has huge spoilers to the movie and book!!) Augustus's cancer scare ended up with a happy ending, letting Hazel and Gus grow up together. Gus finally proposed and they had a beautiful baby girl. Since Hazel and Gus both had cancer they decided they should get there daughter Anna tested too. Does she have cancer? Will she meet her first love in a church basement and live and extraordinary love life or will she loose her battle? (I give all the credit to the amazing author of TFIOS, John Green. This is just my spin on what would've happened if Gus never died. This fanfiction is NOT meant to be offensive in any way shape or form.) This is a story that all have never heard, and many will never understand. Ari is scared. After a long relationship of three years, her boyfriend, she finds out, has cheated on her for a long time. However, this becomes even worse when Ari find's out she is pregnant with her heart demon's child. Turtle Over Duck, refers to a bedtime story, that tells her tale before she knew it was her own. As she figures her life out for herself. She finds she isn't as strong in the present time, as she believed to be. That is called to attention as she writes her own story. Anger and sadness consist of this heart wrenching story, as she rummages through the rubble of her self pride, her trust, and her reason. Will she manage as a mother, or give up before giving it any chance. Maybe talking through the pages of a small notebook will help her sort through the decision, as her past quickly catches up. Author's note: I began writing this on another app for creative writing. It got many hits and I decided it was worth sending here, and since then have begun transferring it over to Wattpad. So far, I have six parts written, and three published here. I hope to accomplish semi-editing and posting them here numerically, and will continue with When We Wake From Reality, and When Siren Sounds immediately after.
