Recently I came across the story of an artist who had to do menial jobs leaving behind his art in order to make both ends meet. It made me feel strongly, so I penned down a poem from the same feeling.

In every commercial kitchen, heat, flames, and constant cooking activity create an environment where even a small spark can turn into a major fire within seconds. Restaurants, hotels, cloud kitchens, cafeterias-no matter the size of the operation-work with high temperatures, open flames, hot oil, and electrical appliances. This makes the kitchen the most fire-prone area in any establishment.
