After loss of communication with the other settlements, Nick along with a group of people who also underwent the procedures are tasked with fixing the communication array above ground. But after reaching the surface they find that they are not the only ones above ground. With this, they are able to bring back Asriel Dreemurr and Chara Dreemurr back to life, giving a piece of their soul to each one of them. Frisk was finally ready to stop trying to achieve a new ending and finally accept their future. 6 years have passed since the events of Undertale. Frisk, Asriel, and Chara are now teenagers / young adults. On this AU, you'll follow along the trios life in the modern world, where humans and monsters now live in harmony on the surface, and also where the negative consequences of Frisks soul fragmentation finally start to manifest...

You were bored, so 'why not write letter?' you thought. There were lot's of companies that offered their services, but the most popular one was M&H. It stood for Monsters and Humans, if that wasn't obvious. It was made for people who wanted to meet potential friends but preferred having the option to remain anonymous. Why letters and not an online chatroom or something? You don't know, for the aesthetic maybe. So, you gave it a shot, you wrote a letter and sent it off. The reply you got was... disheartening. They didn't even want to do this, they were forced into it, but somehow you started writing and replying. It was fun, and with time, you started wishing to meet them. All you knew was that they were almost certainly a monster, and that they had an accent even when writing. The letters began having a flirty tone to them, and feelings came into play. It was nerve wracking, but worth it, in the end. A while later, you met the monster, a skeleton named Sans. The guy always had jokes and mustard to spare, and by jokes you meant roasts. They still made you laugh, he made you laugh. The letters were your guide to a happy relationship with your funny bone man, and you couldn't be more proud of your past self for taking that step. And sometimes, those memories resurface.

Sure the barrier was broken. Did Frisk really think that she would be able to escape the grasps of Chara? She was wrong because when Chara shows up again Frisk doesn't even know who she was. What could be anything better then having a fresh start? Chara wants to do another genocide run this time on the surface and not just have the monsters die, she wants humanity gone too. How is it going to get accomplished? Why by manipulating Frisk and then murder everything in her path of course. After all this is Chara we are talking about.

Audrey hasn't really ever had a perminate home. Moving from place to place shed gotten used to not getting used to places. Her father slowed her to join any club or after school program she wanted. Except swimming. He's afraid of water so no swimming for Audrey. Then why are we moving to the coast of Georgia? Aryella is the rightful heir to the throne in her underwater kingdom. Her father has always been a mystery to her and she loves the moon and land. Audrey and Aryella were separated at birth, knowing nothing of the reason why or even each other. But one day Audrey and her dad move to the coast and find the real reason they were separated. They're half mermaid. She's actually Aryella and I wrote out the Audrey parts. We each edited each other. Another friend did edit grammar after us. Don't want to mention names online but they helped a lot. Also this was our first book that we actually finished so please don't judge (it wasn't, however, the first book I published). Though do feel free to give friendly advice.
