Rarely Updated "That's Malia and she's as local as they come. She lives in the cut out near jj. She's also one of the best surfers I know but don't tell her I said that because it will go to her head. And when she's not making sandwiches for our fishing trips or playing with random animals she found, she's working at her parents shop or arguing with JJ. To be fair they've been friends longer than the rest of us apparently she kicked a football at JJ's head when they were kids or some dumb shit like that. I'm not sure but they've been dating since eighth grade. Her parents, Khai and Kalani, are pretty chill, they're both surfers and they own a smoothie and surf shop in the cut. Malia works there part time so does her younger sister, Kirra. Malia can out drink me and JJ most nights if she feels like it but most of the time she doesn't drink a lot. She's the glue that holds the Pogues together and honestly I can't imagine us without her." Malia Kealoha × JJ Maybank

Laura Pearcy was raised by the sea-sun-kissed, storm-hearted, and born to ride waves that would terrify most. On an island full of tourists and tanned lies, she stands out for all the wrong reasons. Her skin is too pale. Her beauty, too sharp. Her tongue, even sharper. Locals respect her. Outsiders stare. But no one knows she doesn't belong. When billionaire CEO Matt Steele arrives on the island with two friends-one heartbroken, the other hiding secrets of his own-Laura doesn't care. She's not impressed by money or titles. Especially not when they come attached to arrogant men who treat the island like a playground. But Matt isn't like the others. He watches. He listens. And he sees Laura in a way no one ever has. As tensions rise between crashing waves and stolen glances, Laura finds herself tangled in something she can't surf away from. But when whispers begin to surface-about her birth, about the truth her parents never told-Laura must face a storm even she can't outrun. Because saltwater may raise you, but secrets always find their way back to shore.

So just stop for a minute and imagine that after 16 beautiful years spent exploring and living life to the fullest in Maui, your parents one day decide that it would be a good experience for you to go to a high school in California, the place where they originally had met. don't get me wrong California sounds amazing and from what I've seen from American movies it looks super fun, but I couldn't help the sadness that filled within me at the news that I would soon be leaving my friends and family, to go live in a city. I am not a city girl, I love my island and I love the idea of just lying around on a beach all day or spending enormous amounts of time in the water surfing the beautiful waves that Hana has to offer, so you see my dilemma? This for sure is going to be a test and in no way do I think it will be an easy one, after all you can take the girl away from the island but you can't take the island out of the girl.

A story in which a lifeguard saves a popstar. Maybe in more ways than one. ~ ~ ~ "Ultimately, when you are 11, 27 or 68, you will stagger upon somebody who will begin a spark in you that cannot perish. However, they aren't always the person you will spend the rest of your life with. That is one of the most dreadful tragedies that you will ever come across, but in reality happy endings are a rarity. Perhaps that is what I'm fearful of most; that he was it, he was my happy ending, and I let him go."

Until he's let out of rehab and realizes that the aftermath of his addiction could possibly destroy him and his bandmates forever. To remedy his sudden crippling fear of music, his manager sends him back home to "where the magic started." Too bad "the magic" comes in the form of his sister's stuck up best friend who not only sings like a rockstar angel, but she awakens his own raw desire to keep trying. Trying to write music, that is. "𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐬 𝐬𝐡𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐝 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰 𝐛𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐟." Amelia Rothchild cannot seem to catch a break. After a long-term relationship crashes and burns so hard that it leaves the lead singer of SHADES in a traumatised heap of ashes, she swears off love and relationships forever. Who needs men when you've got an empty song journal just waiting for you to bleed out your feelings onto its pages? Certainly not Amelia, that's for sure. Until Luca Morgan strolls back into her small town and she learns that men with eyes as blue as his should come with multiple warning signs. (THIS IS NOT A FAN-FICTION!)

High school finally done, summer finally begun and River Saunders was going to this camp where she ends up sharing a cabin with a boy. Now that doesn't sound to bad but trust me when you live with a stunning boy for a whole summer you get nervous, and that's exactly what happened to River. She's an outgoing girl with a positive attitude even if she is sensitive while he, a cocky, soccer player with all girls on him, doesn't open up easily. Except with River. ~~~~ No pictures are mine... I got them from Pinterest! Anyways don't copy and have funnn (I hope you do)
