5 friends got stuck surviving the dead on their own. Now sure, this probably sounds stupid. How could something wipe out a whole population and not those four kids? Easy, zombies. A virus got out and affected their families. While they were in their basement playing video games. They put out a gas that was supposed to kill the zombie's. It didn't work. This story brings comedy, action, heartbreak and relief.

Wounded in the line of duty, King County sheriff's deputy Rick Grimes wakes from a coma to find the world infested by walkers. Alone and disoriented, he sets off in search of his wife and son. While doing so, Rick meets a woman name, Rose. Whom he meets at the same hospital as him. Both determined and confused about what is happening around them, go to search and survive a world full of the dead.
