In the end, both of them are dying. Jaemin cries out for help in the only way he knows how; pretending everything is okay and praying to whatever God exists that someone hears him scream while no one's home.

This and Au where Tomioka is reincarnated as Sakura and has his memories! Or I just love reincarnating characters that have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with each other!
