    • Book 1 out of 4 of "The Way To Save You" series. Hiraya te Salem Ka'art'ite, the last of the nomadic Terapatxi, has chosen the shadows. A survivor of the RDA's cruelest experiments, the fifteen-year-old Hiraya knows a bitter truth: in a world at war, her mutated blood is not a gift - it is a prize to be exploited by humans and Na'vi alike. Her carefully guarded solitude is shattered when a stranger stumbles into her sanctuary. He doesn't come with shackles or syringes; he comes with a gentle smile and a name that carries the weight of a legend. "I am Neteyam te Suli Tsyeyk'itan. Son of Toruk Makto. It's nice to meet you, Hiraya." ○●○●○●○ This Avatar - Neteyam AU fanfic: • is currently undergoing rewrites to "make it make sense." (AKA cliché scene removals lol) • has heavy world-building. Expect long chapters in the revised ones. (Avg. 6k words each) • is canon-compliant (save for the author's own interpretation of incomplete souls and Spirit World rules). • is written in switching 3rd person POVs. • counters Neteyam's canonical death in ATWOW. • is made by an author who loves pictures (so pls read online for the full experience ♡) ○●○●○●○ Sample passage from this book: "Listen to me," Neteyam said, his focus narrowing entirely on her, his brows furrowed with genuine concern. He shifted, his hand moving to cover hers where it rested, white-knuckled and trembling against her thigh. Her skin felt fever-hot against his palm, a sharp contrast to the cooling spray of the sea. "Focus on this," he told her, keeping his voice low and steady to cut through the sound of the surf. He needed her to stop staring at the horizon with those dead eyes. "Feel the weight of my hand. The salt on your skin. You are here, Hiraya. Right now. You're with me, and we're above the surface. Stay in the light."

"How does a girl survive a mass murder without a scratch, and the killer remain at large? The Only Survivor..is she truly innocent, or a killer hiding in plain sight?" ---------------- Fallon knew she was never supposed to survive that night. All of the forensic evidence said as much--statistically and logically, her survival was nothing short of a miracle. But what some deemed a miracle or an act of God quickly became the thunderous end of the world as Fallon knew it. The media became obsessed-picking apart the details of the case and everything involved-and tore itself in half with the same question: Was Fallon truly an innocent victim, or a killer hiding in plain sight? Since the night she became the sole survivor of the Midnight Massacre, she's learned to pretend that it never happened. She can't be a victim if she doesn't pay attention to the past, right? But when she stumbles across a crime scene and finds out that the illusive Midnight Butcher, the one who turned her world upside down, has returned a year later, the delicate balance she's built for herself is shattered. The Butcher wants-needs-her to join the ranks of the dead, but not quite yet. Subjected to terrors and a mysterious stalker that always seems to find their way into her space, Fallon must learn to navigate her life, and find a way to destroy the Midnight Butcher's in return. Finding purpose in enacting revenge for the other victims, who's names have been lost to the discourse over her own involvement and the Butcher's motives, Fallon begins to investigate the murders. With the reluctant help of her neighbor-- and childhood friend turned public enemy--the annoyingly charming Vincent Hutton, Fallon is determined to find the Butcher at all costs. Even if entangling herself with Vincent might just put a target on his back, too. Book Two of the Between Eternity Duology (Can be read as a standalone)

    |SEASON 1 OF BILL AND THE WHISTLING DEATH · 9X FEATURED · WATTPAD CREATORS PROGRAM · PERFECT FOR FANS OF A MAN CALLED OVE AND REMARKABLY BRIGHT CREATURES!| A troubled veteran attempts to forget the past by volunteering at Patriots Point Naval and Maritime Museum, but it proves difficult when he's close to the plane that changed his life forever--the Corsair. *** Retired Navy pilot William Beckington never planned to move on after The Incident and has lived with the guilt for seventy years. After failed attempts with PTSD counselors, his daughter recommends that he begin volunteering on the aircraft carrier CV-10 in Charleston, South Carolina. Reluctantly, Bill agrees, but his decision proves difficult when he stumbles back into the world of Corsairs, the plane he'd rather forget. Seeing that The Incident still haunts him, Bill's new friends attempt to help him remember his long-lost joy; he attends Bulldog Tours, learns the stories of other veterans, and strangely finds himself near the Corsair more than he would like. While nothing will free his mind from the traumatizing Incident, Bill must find a way to push past his grief and guilt to live the life he is meant to live--and rekindle his best friend's legacy before he succumbs. *** *#SupportHistoricalLGBTQVoices* Trigger Warnings (this book is a drama and touches on heavy topics, inspired by my father and grandpa's service in the Navy and my father's reaction to my older brother's death in 2021. However, it's a clean story.): - War trauma (including PTSD) - Survivor's guilt - Lots of angst - Accidental murder, and Bill's struggle to accept his friend's confession of being queer at first.

He stopped in his tracks. Something was approaching. He pressed himself against the Kakariko cliffs nearest the graveside, not moving until long after the steps were gone. A holy light shone from within the graveyard, and a young woman laid sobbing in its stones. When his eyes met her, he could have sworn she'd taken his life for her littlest. ~~ He stood on the edge, glancing towards the castle his father had once been honored at. He looked just like him. He didn't think he'd ever be able to return to his birthplace. But that was fine. Mom probably can't either. ~~ It's been many years now. Everyone who was there is no longer here. It's impossible to move on, but there isn't even a fragment of the past left. She's been told never to head there, but she saddles her horse. ~~ The Calamity took thousands of lives, but it left behind thousands of others. A sister, a wife, a best friend, a son. They move away from each other, and some move from the places they were, all for closure and to remember without the pain. Over one hundred years does history fade to legend, but the faithful continue to tell the legends, not just of one hundred years ago, but of all the stories from it.

I've been seeing a lot of deku and ochaco slander going around ok Twitter since chapter 428 once deku arrived to see ochaco and once chapter 429 came out people started to call deku selfish for trying to relate to ochaco about his pain as a way to console her. Then cut to when chapter 430 came out and ochaco didn't end up with deku I saw a lot of people calling ochaco and whore and deku a cuck and started saying that ochaco's character is wasted of she doesn't end up with deku and that deku didn't get a happy ending if he didn't end up with ochaco and that couldn't be further from the truth they eventually got together in the exclusive chapter 431 but that unfortunately didn't stop the slander these two faced. They started to make up shit saying ochaco was only with deku now that he's a hero and that ochaco doesn't really love deku and all these false baseless rumors that hold no weight. I was eventually gonna write this fanfiction when I was done with some fanfiction but I'm writing it now cause someone decided to make a rape art of ochaco saying this is how izuocha fans see her and I won't show it but its awful so I'm writing this now Get ready for izuocha wholesomeness, hurt/comfort, PTSD, and angst

Not everything is an explosion. Sometimes things start with the chirping of the birds and frost on the ground lending that lingering smell of spring morning and the memory of a quiet night. One moment Jaemin's mind is a solace of music he liked, books he enjoyed reading, food he wanted to eat, and plans for the days ahead. Now, there was something else there; a voice he had never heard before. It was quiet, almost a whisper. It sounded a lot like himself if he focused on it hard enough. It was telling him that had he just paid more attention to Chenle, he would have been able to help. Maybe if Jaemin had said something back when he'd first noticed Chenle out of breath on the stairs leaving practice then he wouldn't have a time bomb strapped to his back. -- Chenle is diagnosed with cancer, and Jaemin is falling apart. In the end, both of them are dying. Jaemin cries out for help in the only way he knows how; pretending everything is okay and praying to whatever God exists that someone hears him scream while no one's home.

This is a story of love, gore, and heartbreak- there are 2 versions of this story. The dialogue and the original story, they're around the same. I can't really describe this more, all I can say is to just read it. <3
