Kris and Susie have become more than friends, since their adventure in the dark world. But every night, Kris suffers terrifying nightmares that make him rip out his soul, harm himself and hide his inner feelings. After a while, Kris acts strange....well stranger than usual. Susie knows something is up and is determined to find out. When Susie discovers what Kris is doing... she becomes softer. Only Susie can save Kris and she hasn't got much time. Not to mention that their relationship is getting more romantic by the minute. Can there be a happy ending? Will Kris finally be...happy?

It was itching every bit of his being. He felt as if he was a toy, and his soul ached with every attempt of The Player to gain control. Due to this, he was forced to do something more, other than ignoring it. The pain was too much to handle. It was time to take desperate measures; ripping out his soul with aid of a knife. Feeling soulless and empty after it's removal. Susie, Kris' new friend, had been wondering of his constant emotionless state. But out of character for her, she helped him through it without prying. But the more Kris refuses The Player's plans, the more The Player gets stronger.
