The Poisoned Pawn Variation is any of several series of opening moves in chess in which a pawn is said to be "poisoned" because its capture can result in a positional loss of time or a loss of material. Aizawa-sensei had knocked on Izuku's door in the bright, early morning hours. Izuku had just gotten back from a run and he was sweaty and ready for a shower, but when he had opened his door to find his usually asleep teacher, he had not even questioned it. He had not even questioned it when said teacher had growled at Izuku to come with him and started walking, Izuku scrambling to keep up.

"When's the dream gonna kick off? I want to go ahead and get it over with." Izuku said. Todoroki groaned. "Izuku, for the last time-" "Ah hah!" Izuku said, pointing an accusing finger at Todoroki. "The real Shoto never calls me Izuku in public, you fake!" "What!?" Todoroki said in disbelief. "I was only using your given cause you were using mine!" He protested. "I'm the real Shoto!" "That's what a fake Shoto would say!" "Shut the hell up!" Bakugo yelled, hands smoking. "This is my dream, you can't tell me what to do!" Izuku spat. "You'll really be dreaming when I send you to the afterlife!" The door slammed open. "I thought I told you to behave." Aizawa said tiredly. "Oh great, now there's a fake sensei." Izuku rolled his eyes. "Stop impersonating the people I know and get to the point!" He yelled agitated. Aizawa raised an eyebrow at this. Todoroki turned to his teacher. "I'm sorry sensei. Some people told Midoriya he was the traitor and now he's under the impression he's dreaming." Aizawa blinked at Todoroki. "What?" "It's exactly as I said sensei."

Welcome! This here is a dump of story ideas I've had living in my head rent free for years. It's where my creativity will brew in an oncoming storm of what if scenarios. And I'm all for them, no matter how weird they become!

There are many unknowns when it comes to the boy, Izuku Midoriya. The evidence that Midoriya is the UA traitor just keeps building. There were too many inconsistencies. His classmates begin to doubt their trust in him. No pity is given to him as he loses all of his friends for no good reason. Did he do something wrong, or was this suspicion undeserved? ~~~~~~~ (Cover art by me) I like my stories wrapped up all neat with a bow, so I do have an ending in mind.
