Frisson (N.) A shiver of pleasure [ON HOLD] Ciel Phantomhive is an average thirteen-year-old boy whom espies a mysterious, alluring, dark figure one evening inside of school. To begin with, he disregards this 'figure' believing it's just a vision. Until, it constantly reappears; lurking in the shadows. Ciel lives with his aunt - Madame Red, after the tragic occurrence which took place at the Phantomhive Manor taking the lives of his parents. As Ciel begins to question his own sanity, the figure reveals itself; it happens to be a demon requesting a contract with Ciel Phantomhive. Unexpectedly, the contract appeals to the young boy as he is then enabled to discover the culprit responsible for his parent's death. However, Ciel is only allowed a section of the contract with Sebastian obtaining his own portion to fulfil his long awaited yearning.

Heartless and cunning, she was obviously meant for something far greater than spending her whole life manning her father's meat shop, but opportunity is hard to find in the filthy London streets. Scarlet Sutcliff is nothing like her brother, Grell Sutcliff. She's smart, pretty, and much more skilled with a scythe. Most say she is the best female reaper to ever live. But one thing really irks Scarlet more than anything in the world: Her brother is the worst reaper to ever live. Plus, he doesn't seem to realize that he is a dude, which she can not take most of the time. Then, one night while Scarlet is out dealing with people on the to die list, she gets kidnapped and is told that she must find the Phantomhive boy, and that if she doesn't, she would pay with her life. Clarke Pheonix's back story. In the 19th century nobles don't seem to have much luck, Ciel's parents are killed in a fire, the Earl Trancy mysteriously dies and then there is Clarke. Her mother died when she was young, her farther (an earl obsessed with his research on ghosts and demons) befriends the Vincent Phantomhive but doesn't realize his daughter is suffering at the hand of his new wife. And he doesn't see his daughter's tenth birthday, he's already dead. The bullet in his brain from the gun held in his wife's hands. He doesn't see as Clarke screams, he doesn't see his friend's (Vincent Phantomhive) mansion burn down. He is beyond suffering and doesn't see those he love be tortued or torments or die. Ok, so, I've read quite a few "Character x readers" and I always enjoyed when certain parts had the character you were in love with in the story's point of view. So, I decided, why not make an x reader that's entirely the character's point of view instead of the narrator's or the reader's? Anyways, I couldn't figure out a character to use, so I just decided on Grell Sutcliff... Because he's easy to base a story off of. So, you and the flamboyant redheaded Shinigami don't get of to a good start, as he was meant to kill you. or thought he was- he had made a mistake. Since you found out about the Reapers and all that, he can't kill you, but he can't just let you go either. You feel a bitter resentment towards him, having almost been shredded to bits by him, even when he opens his home to you. Will you accept him and come to love the Reaper, or will you never forgive him and live in hate, in his own home? I hope you enjoy!~
