And Jacob's given Olympia 36 hours to straighten this mess out. 36 hours to save her own life.

Maxine Goldstein is a sixteen year old girl who is living in Bleakhallow . Her home sucks, her family sucks, her schools sucks. She's got nothing but a sweatshirt. Everyone she knows has been taken to the offering except the people she would actually like to get rid of. With everything just full of crap she's ready to change something. What she doesn't know if how big that change will be.

When I was younger I had a best friend named Josh. But the summer after we both turned 8 he had to move away. I was heartbroken, but I eventually moved on and made more friends gradually forgetting him. Now nine years later I'm in high school, age seventeen. Then one day a boy walks into class. He seems familiar but I just can't put my finger on it. (Contains cussing and other stuff so if you can't handle it you probably shouldn't read it. But if you can please do because it's a good story ok?)

This is a short story I made a while ago. It's about about an introverted kid in normal everyday life.

Avery Clarke lived her normal life happily. She had a fairly big house-thanks to her father's inventions-nice clothes, good parents, good grades, a good amount of friends, and a good boyfriend. But when her mother dies in car accident, she changes, and her life changes with her. She began to push her friends away, and when they called her out on it, she lashed out on them and instead of helping her through her trials, they left. Her father's invention money began to drop, and to top it all off, her boyfriend cheated on her with more than just one person. After this, she grew very bitter and rude. She felt alone, and often used the company of books to calm her. Every time you'd see her, she would always have a book on hand, and she would always be wearing her favorite blue sweatshirt her mother had gotten her. She talked to barely anyone, and couldn't wait for the day that she would be out of high school. People mostly steered away from her, thanks to her threatening glare. Now, Jacob Davis was a new student, he made a couple friends easily, with his charm, personality and looks. When he sees Avery eating lunch alone, he goes to talk to her thinking he can do the same thing. But when she casts her glares and snarky insults towards him, he knows there is much more to this girl in blue.
