Lucy Barker was gloomy London's single ray of sunshine, a woman whose husband constantly made her feel as though the world, the moon, and the stars were all her's for the taking. But that light began to falter as she was forced to watch her husband be ripped away from her and their child on nothing but a false charge, a lustful move made by a jealous beast who would not stop until he won what was rightfully his.
