This is a short story I wrote as a school assignment about a tree, a swing, a girl, a boy, and what happens between them. This story may have triggering topics, so please read at your own risk. I was just told what the swinging tag was 😂 imma leave it tho

When a special school cruise vacation goes horribly wrong, a young man washes up on the beaches of the African jungle with nothing but the clothes on his back. As he makes his way through the dense jungle, he comes across Tarzan; King of the Jungle, along with his gorilla and human family. As he begins to get along with his new friends and learns more about the jungle around him, he soon realises that he is much more than what he knows, and must decide whether to embrace it, or go back to the human life he's known for so long. A/N: any and all Tarzan characters will belong to their respected owners of Disney, whilst I only own my OC characters. In addition, to make it seem more realistic, I'll be setting the characters in present day rather than during the 1900's. Leave a comment if you don't mind this or so.

" "I'll always be your best friend." I swore, smiling to reassure her. A small smile crept on Gabby's face as she said, "I know what will make me believe you. Let's seal the promise with our best friend hand shake." "Deal." I said, as we did our secret hand shake that no one knew. It was ridiculous but we didn't care at all; it was our special thing. Gabby wrapped her arms quickly around my neck, as I placed my hands on her back. I lived for this; her hugs. They always were warm and filled with love; making me want to hold her forever. She pulled away and I reluctantly let go. I looked into Gabby's breathtaking hazel eyes as she said, "Best friends forever, Niall." Niall Horan met his best friend at the tender age of 4 at the Mullinger park. Little did he know that she was going to be the girl he falls in love. But will one thing change their lives forever?
