"The Other Side of Me" They were born together, but raised worlds apart. Jake is a quiet, talented pianist from a peaceful town. Ryan is a charming basketball star from the city. They've never met-until fate brings them face to face. What starts as a shocking discovery of their identical appearance leads to a truth they were never told: they are twin brothers, separated at birth. Curious about the life they never had, they agree to secretly switch places. But pretending to be each other is harder than they imagined-especially when love gets involved. As secrets begin to unravel and hearts start to heal, Jake and Ryan must decide who they really are-and where they truly belong. A story about family, identity, and the power of love... sometimes, the other side of you is the one you've been missing all along.

The concept is a changling child with a... narrative twist. *** Adeline Starr is a girl on the run, desperate to reunite with her father, a Tale Peddler far away on a trip involving his work. With her mother trapped and Adeline truly alone for the first time in her life, what else can she do but hope to retrieve the only person who could possibly help? And how strange would it be to run into a girl bearing exactly her image? Who spoke and moved in a way eerily identical to her own? Headed in the same direction, what else would they do but travel together? Secrets and shadows follow them in quick pursuit, bound to catch up to them faster than either could handle alone. *** [VERY VERY FIRST DRAFT!!! WRITING AS I GO!! As an active work in progress, there are sure to be errors along the way. I promise it's quite well written, but at the moment I refuse to go back and revise it to my typical standards until the actual story is completely written. So keep that in mind, and enjoy this raw edition I'm begging you lmao. I am already excited for the second draft though!]
