Blood Awareness - Jay learns to battle his crippling drug addiction whilst working at a slaughterhouse. Deaf Man's Anthem - Ethan has been deaf all his life. So why has he got a song stuck in his head? Famous Last Thoughts - Gilles wakes up a bad dream only to notice events from his everyday life mimicking his dream. Super Death - When supernatural forces threaten his town, CappioMan is forced to put aside his alcoholism and crippling depression in order to save the day. Seven Minutes More - The life of a curious young boy is relived from an unknown perspective.

This is an extended Haiku about those people in our lives who we know are bad for us, but, we keep around anyway. Just because a person is hazardous to our life, doesn't mean that it is always easy to simply remove the head of the serpant; sometimes, that snake in the grass becomes the snake in the glass, and is kept as a pet. Sidenote: I used 5-7-5 syllables in this one, because, I realize I may have been off with 5-8-5; although, I could always add that structure to my style of extending Haikus.

Edit: I'll mark this story as complete, but I may add more on a rare occasion. The inspiration for this playful limerick came from the fun I had with the rhyme work in my limerick, A POET NAMED ANDREW, published recently when Andrew Green, the author of Margaret's Story, was learning to write his first tempoem. This limerick contains a simple, quite obvious message for those of you who might be learning to write limericks.
