Normal, to Ruby Quinn, wasn't real. Especially when you have to go in hiding from the government. Ruby lives in a Utopian city in the far future, where everything is different. Before The Happening, everyone was friendly, but that all changed after the war, Supernaturals against humans. A law has been made against Supernaturals. If they are found, they are to be executed immediately, no questions asked. Ruby is a Supernatural, but unlike the others, she's not okay with going into hiding. All of this suddenly changes when she finds a boy in her safe room. Will Ruby stand up and fight for her race? Or will she be in hiding for the rest of her life?
