ACANDRAS awakens in a space that is neither sleep nor waking. Words exist, but speech does not. A voice speaks. A path begins. This is not a story of heroes or worlds, but of an essence in transit-a soul moving from the vastness of the universe toward birth. Along the way, each encounter, each threshold, will shape what must be learned once life begins. ACANDRAS is a speculative, symbolic tale about becoming human, about memory before memory, and about the invisible journey that precedes every life.

This is a story of me, of my heart, of someone who came into my life as my rose. My heart was an empty garden, gray, lifeless, barren until she came, a bright red rose that bloomed with colors I'd never seen. She was my light, my only bloom, bringing life to my desolate world. But gardens fade, and roses wither. A story of love, loss, and the echoes of what once grew, straight from a heart that feels too much. Will you walk through my empty garden with me?

In a world where every man carries a glowing purple bubble that measures his happiness, one man begins to question the cost of constant perfection. When despair grows, the bubble expands-and eventually consumes. Purple Blur is a haunting reflection on isolation, masculinity, and the price of silence. This Mental Health Awareness Month, let's look past the surface-level greetings and commit to a real, open dialogue. Mental health is a part of our shared humanity-it's not a weakness, it's not a secret, and it's certainly not something anyone should navigate in isolation. We all have days when the weight of the world feels too heavy. The key isn't to pretend those days don't happen, but to build a community where it's safe to say, "I need help." If that day is today for you, please know there are people ready to listen, right now: A suicide and crisis hotline: Available by phone or text. The Crisis Text Line: Text "HOME" to 741741 The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Helpline: Call 1-800-950-NAMI (6264) Let's use this month to be kinder to ourselves and more present for one another. A simple "how are you, really?" can make all the difference. Stay strong, stay connected, and never be afraid to reach out. Best, Mark-Anthony Mallinson

My perfect little world crumbles before me . Buildings tumble to the ground, and street lights hit the pavement with the sound of shattering glass. The tiny little fractures that slowly formed in the walls I lived within, the deteriorated state of the city around me, the anxious faces of the people that passed me . Things I refused to acknowledge , things I told myself were unimportant . But now I stand here in the midst of it, paralyzed , paying for my ignorance by watching everything disappear before my eyes . And all I can hear are screams, incredibly pained screams. But no one else is here . It's just me, and I'm all alone . I realize I'm the one screaming, and when I look around the world is not in pieces.

From the author: Raci is a very short poem-like story revolving around theme of "Racism" From the translator: Pointless attempts to fit in. Endless positive regard without a notice... Does it ever occur that not only does the individual's attitude shape the personality but also the way it is embraced and reacted to by others does? Raci has come to realize that, not without consequences. The poem reaches out to raise awareness of racism and intends to let one "feel" and "think" with the person by his side.

There are stories that don't scream- they hum, like background music in a half-empty room. Some days feel like static. Others, like a chorus stuck in your head. This is a collection of lives paused between beats. Not love stories. Not heartbreak ballads. Just the moments in between- where the quiet plays louder than anything else.
