After massive economic and social hardship, a new society emerged where the rich and the upper middle class have taken over the leftover underwater tunnels as their personal playground and the poorer people have taken refuge in the mountains and what remains of the coast. Richard "Rick" Milhouse is an undercover cop carrying out an assignment in the luxurious hot spot known as the Tokyo Bay Aqualine after the famous auto tunnel that used to pass through the area. While investigating the drug trade in the area, he meets Hiroshi Saito, a Japanese customs officer with a love of classic cars and synth wave cultures. Together, they both discover a huge conspiracy with implications for both of their countries.

The story of Dlales aims to relate the origin of one of the essences that will give rise to a creature of unimaginable power, the Artros, being a bet by the gods in an attempt to stop AllCet, the killer of the gods. Previously the name of the story was "Artros: the origin of the collapsing beasts", but after the rewriting it was observed the need to divide it in two parts: - Part I - Dlales: The Multiverse - Part II - Dlales: Heaven

Sailing the unstable waters of the underground power struggles and maneuvering past "Sharks" or police robots. This synth-wave sci-fi thriller is sure to keep you on the edge off your seat.
