Alucard gets hungry while the group is in the middle of a desert trek- meaning there isn't much wildlife to feed off of. Trevor sees his friend getting desperate and offers to help. And, well, this is Trevor- maybe it wasn't such a great idea, but it was the only option they had. In which Trevor is the ultimate caring Himbo and Alucard is too hungry to stop himself. (mild/light gore, blood. Not scarring in my opinion and not intended to be kinky)
