In 2xxx humanity has spread amongst the stars united under the banner of the Oikumene. And its Progenitor left one mandate before his return to the Eschaton, to plant the seeds of the Cosmic Eden for the children of man. As part of this effort, many expeditions to various exoplanets and moons and stars were launched. Amongst these is the research station Faustina. One day, it went silent and cut off from the Oikumene's grid network. Suspecting foul play, the Skrinion Episkopos, the internal security force of the Oikumene, deploys Task Group Elja to investigate. Books shall be opened, and secrets revealed that will shake the pillars of the Oikumene.

I wrote this story so I could give you an extract of what is happening in Syria. Harasta is a highly affected town in Damascus (the capital) during the current evolving situation in the Arab Springs. I chose the name based on one of the most involved areas in the Syrian Revolution. According to sources, The Human Rights Community, Harasta is known as 'The Ghost Town'. I was inspired by Harasta and I wrote this story to convey the current situation.

This relates to the conflict of the Syrian Refugees. (the part where not a single country will accept the refugees and they have no where to go even though their doors where open to all refugees of other countries.

Dedicated to the shuhadaa who fought fisabillah and held firm to the very end. Dedicated to the women who became widows and to the children who became orphans. To raise awareness of a story that should never be forgotten. The battle are in turns, and the days are divided. A day for us, while another against us.
