An AU where Syrus doesn't return to Duel Academy at the end of season three. He is instead transported to the world of Warrior Cats(but an AU of Warrior Cats where the Clans are also pirate crews), and in the form of a cat. He is then attacked by a cat who leaves him with scars before he escapes. He is then found by members of the ShadowClan crew. And that is where the story of how he became a very imported pirate/warrior in ShadowClan history began.

This is a total re-write of the Yu-Gi-OH GX anime, with both old and new cards included, and major plotline alterations (more Sacred Beast relevance, for example).

The tale of a two. A world divided by race and held together by the threat of war. The four kingdoms of Syrus struggle to gain power over each while under the watchful eye of the Church. For hundreds of years this uneasy peace has separated the four races and kingdoms. A single quest for a princess to return home home will lead her to chance meeting with a young boy. This meeting will shape the very future of the world.

She was born into a life of no lies, no colour, no individuality. All she's ever known was being a Syrus. She could never think of anything better to be. Her life to her was perfect but soon the other side-the non believers decided to destroy her school with an emense bomb. She survived and now to help the rest survive she has to become the very thing the almost destroyed her belief... a Newtown. Newtowns could lie, wear colour, have no respect but to her they where unruly. Uncontrollable evil people. She had to lie, get a name and spy. Tell constant lies. She survived a bomb but will she survive breaking rules and acting like she was part of the wrong side. Will she be able to see them as evil for long? Or will she start seeing the good in freedom because of a boy... The very boy she thinks has something to do with the bomb.

What happened after it all Prologue It was three years after the duel between the king of games himself, Yugi Muto and the Supreme King of the 12 dimensions, or the better known as Jaden Yuki. Jaden has been wondering the world and trying find his way. After a short time he had found it, it had realized what does he do best, what did he do best at Duel Academy, well beside sleep. He helped people and he knew that it what he had to do. But he was never alone, he had duel spirit named Yubel that what would at some time get mad when should Jaden affection, but she has really calm down and realizes that Jaden is just to likable for just one person to have. Also Jaden had Professor Banner that had be transformed into a ball of light and has eaten by his cat, which was also traveling with Jaden. Jaden had many great journeys with them but his most memorable? The time he was in Venice and had traveled back in time and had played from the future named Yuesi Futo and Yugi Muto, they had battled a man named Paradox and had beaten him to save the game they love most, Duel Monster. Jaden was trying to lay low for a bit and figure what he should do with his life and maybe find a girl. It was always hard for him to show love toward girls because he was so pent up in himself because he never confused his true feelings to a special girl in his heart. A girl that he has known from the start of his freshman year and never realized how much he miss her and never confessed to her. Jaden had some money from some tournament he had won during his travels and bought a cheap and still pretty nice apartment in the city he had grown up in, until Duel Academy, Domino City. He was living by himself, he still had his duel spirits and Professor Banner but he hated not having his friends like the good old day, he even Chazz's smart remarks all the time. Maybe it was time to reconnect with them all????

Y/n is a Slifer red student with a passion for dueling, being the toughest person in the academy and standing up for others. But when a certain person comes into the picture everything changes.

This story is going to be a rewrite of Yu-Gi-Oh GX season 1 the concept might stay the same but I there will be some added stuff there will also be shipping in here Alexis X Jaden, and Blair X Jaden Older Blair, Jaden has Yubel in hand but I'm going to do something a little more interesting with that darkness inside of him.

A Duelist Comes To Duel Academy To Become A Better Duelist With His Fire Deck Making Friends And Rival's Of The Like (warning won't be updated regularly as i have very little motivation and have 4 other story's as a draft)

Yugi Muto has never been anything. He's short, he has a lisp and stutters when he talks. All that he's ever had are his best friends: Joey, Tea, and Tristan. His grandpa died two years ago and living in the shop has gotten too hard. He decides to sell the shop and be open to the idea of being somebody's roommate. He meets a guy (who looks to be) around his age named Yami, who looks almost exactly like Yugi, and they become roommates, but something begins to develop. Will Yugi be able to deal with what's happening around him and what's happening to him? Will his feelings devour him or will he have power over them?
