This story begins right after NDC. The team has won. Rey is happy. Everyone is celebrating. It looks like everything is finally falling into place. But this is where things start breaking instead. In the show, Taani was always shown as too emotional, too dependent, too immature. Rey's fake breakup was shown as something that "made her stronger." Her stepping away was treated as growth. And eventually, she was erased from the story completely. This story doesn't accept that. Here, Taani doesn't leave. She doesn't scream. She doesn't fight. She just... stops. Stops explaining. Stops adjusting. Stops bending. She is still the same good, naive, kind-hearted girl. She still gives everyone the benefit of the doubt. She still loves deeply. But she is exhausted. And for the first time, she chooses silence over sacrifice. Rey doesn't understand what he did wrong. Swayam doesn't understand why she feels distant. Sharon doesn't fully see what Taani is losing. And slowly, Taani begins to believe something dangerous: Maybe she is simply not the kind of girl people choose first. Maybe love is not meant for her. This story is not about revenge. It's not about turning Taani into someone cold or cruel. It's about what happens when the "good girl" finally gets tired. It's about quiet heartbreak. Unspoken distance. And the fear of losing someone who never shouted to be heard - but is now slipping away anyway.

A Sweet Love story

I always found Taani's character not justified enough in the story... Therefore giving the whole story a much required twist and adding my characters to bring the bright side in Taani's life. May or may not be Taarey ff, depending on the course of events in future. Bringing two of my favourite shows together - Kaisi Yeh Yaariyan And D3 - Dil, Dosti and Dance. Mostly revolve around Taani's life.

A love saga

This story continues the journey that began in Unfinished Rhythm and is best read after it. It begins where the silence finally breaks. Things are... better now. Taani is stronger. The distance is no longer suffocating. The people she once lost are finding their way back to her- and somewhere along the way, she found new people to hold on to. It looks like everything is finally falling into place. But this is where the next shift begins. Taani is no longer the girl who begged to be understood. She no longer bends until she disappears. She has learned how to stand on her own- how to choose herself, how to walk away without breaking. And yet- something still doesn't fit. Because strength was never the whole story. In loving Rey, she had lost herself. In being with Kunal, she learned how to stand alone. But somewhere in between- she forgot how to be both. Around her, things are changing too. Swayam is learning what it means to hold on. Sharon is learning that love asks, bends-or leaves. Kunal is realizing that doing everything right is not the same as being what someone needs. And somewhere, quietly- Rey is still choosing her. Even D3-no longer just a team-is learning what it takes to belong. To stay. To grow. And in the middle of all of it- Taani stands. For the first time- unable to answer a question that once came easily to her. If she is no longer too much... and no longer too little... then why does belonging still feel... incomplete? This story is not about becoming perfect at love. It is about choosing yourself-again- without fear, without overcorrection. Taani has to learn something harder now: not how to love someone- but how to trust that the way she loves was never wrong. This is a story about unlearning fear. About rebuilding trust. About returning to a place she once walked away from- and asking: Was it wrong... or was it just early?

What if rey and taani talked to each other like matured adults instead of dragging others in their relationship ? This story is just an imagination of their conversation after the fake break up fiasco. Taani's love for Rey was always very pure. She always wanted to make his life easy. Taani's character is same in this story. She will become more confident and independent not for anyone else but for her, only her. Love is all about acceptance, people don't change each other in love but accept the other with imperfections. Rey will realise that here. Ps: This story will not be more than 3-4 parts. Fanfiction by a Kriyaansh fan. The story continues after Kriya leaves because of the promise she made to her Mom and Taani has already entered St. Louis. This story brings Kriya and Rey back together and portrays that they will somehow find a way to live their dream to dance.

This series is just an excuse for my word vomit to be put on the internet for everyone else to suffer through as well.
